Had to work, had to grind, had to bang our tracks
After working long hours pushing pilot jacks
Went from hunts to stacks
Came from nuttin to this
Mothafucka's get pissed when they see my hits
I'm just doing what I do
Never dreamed of it ever getting this big
But I'm glad that it did man
I wanna apologize for what I got
I made it to this point cuz I worked non stop
Late night in my crib trying to make my shit hot
Learning how to make beats
And covers in Photoshop
Yeah it's true I was never that dude
That was getting all the chicks way back in high school
But now look at whose rocking shows, making moves
Taking pics with lil Jon in the V.I.P room... ME
I may never get up on the T.V
Or on the mic in Times Square when it's New Years Eve
But I feel that I did pretty well considering
That I did it on my own with out a god damn thing

Bootleg air Jordans, to authentic retros
Only thing that's really changed is a lil more doe
